Male leopard Short-tail is seduced by the experienced Kapen female, who followed him way out of her Mala Mala territory into Londolozi. Leopard mating is a passionate affair, and unlike lions it is usually initiated by the female. The mating is very passionate,quick, and extremely frequent, and they will stay together mating over the course of around four to six days. The female will often follow the male way into rival female territories. Once they are finished the female may seek out another male to mate with straight away. | ||
