Guiding History

I am a professional guide and a award winning wildlife photographer,based in Nelspruit Mpumalanga. “I was born in South Africa in the small town of Barberton in Mpumalange province and I lived and worked in the bush for 12 years,I am currently based in Nelspruit, I was a ranger and guide in South Africa for eight years. I began guiding in September 2000 whilst working in the Balule Game Reserve north of Hoedspruit. This is where my interest and love for wildlife photography started and it has continued ever since. I also guided in the Waterberg Mountains north of Pretoria in the Welgevonden Game Reserve. For 4 ½ years I guided in the World famous Sabi Sand Game Reserve in South Africa. After my full time Guiding career I managed a lodge for 2 years in the Northern Serengeti, Tanzania. I also lived and worked in the Okavango Delta, Botswana, photographing the wildlife and waterways from vehicles, boats and from the air. I have photographed Wildlife in all the major game reserves
